Hit the yard to put a fresh spin on your training. Over the course of Tara’s 4-week outdoor conditioning program, you’ll build endurance, strength, and mobility, all culminating in a grand finale workout!
Each week, you’ll familiarize yourself with a set of unique equipment—including the Indian clubs, battle rope, jump rope, and sled—before putting it all together in a high-intensity circuit workout with plyometric bodyweight exercises.
Expect constant motion, fun new ways to move, plenty of sweat, and a motivating environment to push you towards new personal bests.
All levels welcome, modifications will be provided.
