Balance Workshop

WITH Erin Feil  Saturday at 1pm


Improve your movement and balance in everyday life using core activation and stabilization. In this thoughtful workshop, you will learn proper balancing warm-ups and techniques for staying confidently in single-legged postures. Erin will demonstrate which muscle groups apply to different planes of movement. Expect specific body awareness meditation and a vinyasa flow warm-up.

Meet Erin
Erin Feil is a 500 RYT level yoga teacher and has lived in Austin for over 20 years. Appropriate for all levels of practitioner, Erin's classes are full of laughter and learning. She has a deep affection for the outdoors and is an avid camper, hiker, and adventurer!
