Laura Forsyth has been a student of yoga for over 2 decades and is a registered RYT500 and YACEP (continuing education provider) with Yoga Alliance. She has taught over 1500 public classes, plus yearly workshops and trainings, specializing in hatha yoga, yin yoga, stress management, restorative yoga and deep relaxation (iRest yoga nidra).


Laura served for over a decade as a National Events and Programming Director for a large yoga studio group and has had the privilege of hundreds of hours of direct studies with many of the top teachers in North America including Dr. Richard Miller, Donna Farhi, Judith Lasater, Leslie Kaminoff, Gary Kraftsow, Erich Schiffmann, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers, Sally Kempton and more. She has a BBA from the University of Texas, has completed coursework in Ayurveda from the Ayurvedic Institute and has studied hands-on bodywork at the Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing in California.   In addition to teaching she founded One Yoga Global in 2012 and freelances as a strategic planning consultant to teachers and yoga organizations with a specialty in international retreat planning and execution.
