Yoga and Fitness Instructor
Kelly is a playful, purple, yoga and wellness kitten, educator, and performer. Some have deemed her a “cheerleader for the present moment” because she lives with so much enthusiasm, love, and authenticity for every second of the day. Her effervescent energy lights up a room and her positive and loving attitude is contagious. Whether she is on stage dazzling audiences or in the studio teaching classes, she brings that same effervescent energy. Kelly hopes to inspire everyone to embrace radical self-love while living intimately with the present moment and pursuing their most authentic and best lives.
She studied yoga under Yoga Yoga and Practice Yoga and has taught over 1,500 hours of yoga in Austin, Texas. She offers a wide range of classes such as vinyasa, yin, Hatha, strength, cycle, and self-myofascial release. Kelly loves to teach a well-balanced class that is body positive and tailored to be fun and accessible to all. She seamlessly intertwines mindful movement, yogic and tantric philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, and meditation to create a holistically nourishing experience. She spends her free time exploring out in nature, hula-hooping, spinning fire, dancing like everyone is watching, and being in service to her community and to the planet.
