Dana Makover

Dana has been teaching movement for well over a decade. With an extensive background in Yoga, she believes that all movement offers opportunities for embodiment, self-awareness, and deeper connection.
Dana believes strongly in cultivating an inclusive, welcoming environment in the gym, and incorporates creative sequencing and mind/body practices to serve fun, challenging, and effective workouts to clients in all stages of their lives. She loves working with those who are new to strength training, and has a special interest in adaptive training. Her funny disposition and light-hearted approach to fitness and life keep clients entertained while getting stronger.
When not on the mat or in the gym, you can find her swimming, learning new languages, and spending time with her husband and twin boys.
