Our one day workshops provide an opportunity to dive deep into a particular topic or training type. COME MOVE WITH CASTLE HILL FITNESS AT WATERLOO GREENWAY

Join us this Spring for free workouts at Waterloo Greenway! The Weekly Workouts at Waterloo Spring Series features three movement sessions a week: Mondays and Tuesdays at 6pm, and Sundays at 9am. Come get your feel-good movement on with Castle Hill Fitness and various studios within our community! 

Monday and Tuesday sessions are held at the Moody Amphitheater lawn, and Sunday sessions are held at the Meredith Tree Deck. All classes are free to the community - bring your friends and a mat!

Weekly Program Includes:

Yoga + Sound Mondays 6-7pm Set some feel-good vibes for the week with mindful movement accompanied by sound therapy. Each week features a different style of yoga and live music.  Fitness Fun! Tuesdays 6-7pm Turn the energy UP with a workout that'll bring on the sweat! End your day on a high note with a variety of fun fitness-based, Dance, or Pilates workouts every Tuesday.

Self-Care Sunday Sundays 9-10am Join us for an eclectic mix of mindful movement - from Qi Gong, Yoga & Meditation, and Sound Healing, Self-Care Sunday is all about starting the day grounded and with intention.

In Celeste's monthly workshop, we will focus on the body parts associated with the Gemini astrological sign: the lungs, arms, hands, and fingers.

By incorporating work centered around relaxing and strengthening these muscles so critical to work and play, we will move through a routine that utilizes the Pilates moves chosen for the sign while embracing Gemini themes of connection, communication, and excitement. 

With Cosmic Pilates, you can enjoy moves that vibe with the energetic timeline of the stars, using your unique astral blueprint as a guide. By combining the structure of the Pilates method with the time-honored wisdom of Astrology, we will focus on centered movement that helps deepen your understanding of yourself and the way you navigate the world.

Do You Feel It? Get Active with Carpenter Hotel Mondays this Summer! 
Join us the second Monday of each month for fitness in the water with this fast-paced cardio class set to upbeat music in the pool at The Carpenter Hotel. Low-impact & easy on joints, but not for the faint at heart!
Recommended attire for a water class is a full-coverage one-piece swimsuit or bike shorts and a rash guard.

Josh Robinson is passionate about helping others get as excited about whole-body health as he is. He loves leading group fitness classes, specifically strength and cardio-based workouts that allow a wide demographic of people to join in. His goal is to always create an inviting and safe environment where everyone can grow and achieve their goals together!
