AN EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP WITH ATX COUNSELING AND CASTLE HILL FITNESS

Explore and transform self-doubt through the grounding practices of yoga and the insight of therapy. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, you'll connect with the parts of yourself that tend to criticize, protect, or hold fearand begin to cultivate a steadier sense of trust and self-compassion. This workshop offers a supportive space to quiet your inner critic, build confidence, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Kate, Founder of ATX Counseling, and yoga instructor Vanush will teach practical therapeutic tools to shift your internal narrative and body-based practices that support emotional regulation and confidence. This workshop includes educational talks, a supported yoga practice, and guided journaling. Journals and writing materials will be provided. 

This event is ideal for individuals struggling with self-doubt, perfectionism, burnout, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, or navigating transitions. Reconnect with your inner strength and build resilience in a safe and nurturing space.

About Kate

Kate is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and the founder of ATX Counseling, a group practice serving adults across Austin. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Kate specializes in a relational approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection and curiosity. She works with clients navigating self-doubt, relationship challenges, anxiety, and major life transitions, offering a warm, collaborative space for reflection and growth. Through ATX Counseling, Kate also supports a team of therapists committed to accessible, high-quality mental health care. 

About Vanush

Vanush completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center, followed by apprenticeships with Ali Cramer and Sheri Celentano. In 2022, he received his Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method certification from the Trauma Conscious Yoga Institute. By combining his dance background and extensive training in various bodywork modalities and human anatomy, Vanush offers a style of yoga that helps students to find their breath, balance, and the profound wisdom that "movement is medicine".
