A FUNCTIONAL SERIES, BUILT TO ELEVATE MEN FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Pilates was originally developed nearly a century ago to support the training of boxers, wrestlers, and soldiers. While many men prioritize strength and muscle-building in their workouts, it's common to overlook the importance of flexibility, balance, and coordination. The Pilates method offers an intelligent, well-rounded approach to movement that supports comprehensive, whole-body fitness. 

This weekly series focuses on the unique considerations of men's fitness. Participants will learn the foundational principles of Pilates, power house (deep transverse abs), and moving from the middle out (strength through stability), while working with the Pilates apparatus. 

No prior experience is necessary.

About Gregory

Working in the Classical format, Greg's sessions have a lively flow with a focus on the powerhouse and gross movement patterns. Greg's favorite part of teaching is watching clients grow and progress deeper into their practice as they discover the more advanced movements and rhythms.
