A PILATES, TRX, AND REBOUND CIRCUIT SERIES

Get ready for a balanced, full-body workout! This energizing series blends traditional Pilates with dynamic circuit-style training to deliver low-impact cardio, controlled movement, and bodyweight resistance. You'll rotate through stations with the rebounder (mini-trampoline), Pilates Tower and Chair, and the TRX to build strength, flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular endurance, and bone density. 

Prior Pilates experience is encouraged, but all levels are welcome!

About Sam
Sam received her BFA in Dance in 2015 while simultaneously beginning her Pilates certification. She is certified through Balanced Body University. She has experience working with special populations such as pre/postnatal, scoliosis, brain injury, osteoporosis, osteopenia, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, fascia release work, and athletic training. Sam focuses her classes and private sessions on anatomy, form, fascial health, and flow.
