No Plastic, No Rubber, No Moving Parts... Just Heavy Metal. 

There is something deeply satisfying and primal about using simple and ancient strength tools. Kettlebells can do practically everything dumbbells can, with the added benefits of grip, core, dynamic movement, and limb independence. It only takes one or two of them to start an effective home gym! 

In this small group setting, you'll learn the basic Kettlebell movements: swings, deadlifts, presses, and more. You'll start with the history and the WHY of using these tools, then the technique, grip, and practice of the traditional movements, and end with how to combine those moves in a workout routine. This educational workshop is perfect for those without Kettlebell experience to those who want to refine their current practice. 

BONUS: You'll also learn Steel Mace basics to prepare for the zombie apocalypse. Nothing more metal than that.
