On Wednesday, October 14, join us for an all-day celebration of our 24th anniversary. Our entire class schedule that day will be free to all! No membership required.

Of course, we're not stopping there. At 11am, we'll have complimentary chair massages, Compression Recovery sessions, snacks (including birthday cake, of course!), and canned mocktails from Big Hat Spirits in our Lobby. PLUS, a special raffle for a free 3-month VIP All-Access membership at the front desk.
