You are only as strong as your supporting muscles are strong, and as flexible as your spine is flexible. Cross-train with Pilates, and watch your athletic performance soar!

In this 4-week series, we will work on both the strength of the small muscles and the flexibility of the large ones. Expect a little discussion and a lot of working out. Together, we will explore the ways in which Pilates can improve athletic performance.

This series is for all levels. Runners and cyclists will benefit by learning ways to improve running and biking performance.

About Ramsay
Ramsay has been in the movement "biz" for over 20 years, and has taught many different fitness modalities including road and trail running. She began Pilates training to improve her bike racing, and went on to receive her Balanced Body certification. While Ramsay geeks out on proper form and technique, she also believes exercise should feel like playtime!
