Come welcome summer with Castle Hill Fitness and Waterloo Greenway! 

It is no coincidence that International Yoga Day falls on the same day as the Summer Solstice. Recognizing its appeal and health benefits, the United Nations proclaimed this day of Yoga to increase awareness of yoga's benefits for a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

Join Waterloo Greenway and Castle Hill Fitness for a series of FREE classes that harness the day's powerful solar energy, and honor the physical and spiritual prowess that yoga has brought to the world. From immersive sound bath experiences to energizing flows, this event is open to all ages and levels within our community!
