Join Erin Stewart, Founder of Savor + Sweat, for 60 minutes of low-impact fun bouncing your way to feeling good. She'll take you through circuits of strength training intervals utilizing ankle weights and light weights, between sets of rhythmic cardio routines moving to the music on the rebounder. A full-body toning workout that'll boost balance and stability, and increase energy, circulation, and vitality!
