Samantha received her BFA in Dance in 2015 while simultaneously beginning her Pilates certification. She is certified through Balanced Body University. She has experience working with special populations such as pre/postnatal, scoliosis, brain injury, osteoporosis, osteopenia, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, fascia release work, and athletic training. Sam focuses her classes and private sessions on anatomy, form, fascial health, and flow.
She moved to Austin in 2020 during the pandemic and used that time to receive her certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Sam’s NTP Certification was completed by the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2021. She continued her education with the International Women’s Association of Functional Hormone Health to become a Functional Hormone Specialist. As an NTP and IC-FHS, she focuses on a bio-individual holistic approach to balancing health and hormones. Through nutrient-dense foods and lifestyle changes, Sam is able to provide an integrated individual health plan.
