Samantha received her BFA in Dance in 2015 while simultaneously beginning her Pilates certification. She is certified through Balanced Body University. She has experience working with special populations such as pre/postnatal, scoliosis, brain injury, osteoporosis, osteopenia, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, fascia release work, and athletic training. Sam focuses her classes and private sessions on anatomy, form, fascial health, and flow.

She moved to Austin in 2020 during the pandemic and used that time to receive her certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Sam’s NTP Certification was completed by the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2021. She continued her education with the International Women’s Association of Functional Hormone Health to become a Functional Hormone Specialist. As an NTP and IC-FHS, she focuses on a bio-individual holistic approach to balancing health and hormones.  Through nutrient-dense foods and lifestyle changes, Sam is able to provide an integrated individual health plan.

This 45-minute high-intensity, low-impact class utilizes a rebounder (mini-trampoline) to challenge and improve cardiovascular health, while exploring the Pilates repertoire using Wall Units, Combo Chairs, and multiple Pilates props. The benefits of our Pilates Rebound class are endless… it boosts balance and stability, strengthens pelvic floor muscles, increase bone density, while utilizing core throughout the class. This total body workout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.Shoes optional on Rebounder. Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time.
