Josh Robinson

Josh's interest in fitness started at a young age with group athletics, moving into the weight room as he got older. That passion was recently revived in full force when he lost weight and reprogrammed his view towards health and fitness. He fell in love with group classes, specifically strength and cardio-based workouts that allow a wide demographic of people to join in. His goal is to always create an inviting and safe environment where everyone can grow and achieve their goals together!
He is passionate about helping others get as excited about whole-body health as he is, and is excited to continue expanding and growing on his fitness journey with Castle Hill Fitness.
