Working in the Classical format, Greg's sessions have a lively flow with a focus on the power house and gross movement patterns. Greg's favorite part of teaching is watching clients grow and progress deeper into their practice as they discover the more advanced movements and rhythms.

The fascination of body movement started in early adolescence for Gregory, when he began dancing and working in musical theatre. His love affair with dance took him all around the world as a professional dancer for over 15 years. Early in his career, he discovered the power of Mat Pilates and fell in love with the classical work. He knows Pilates played a pivotal role in the longevity of his performance career. Once he settled back in Texas, he began teaching ballet, tap, jazz, partnering, and ballroom to kids from 5 to 75. After teaching dance and choreographing for 10 years, Greg was wanting more from his Pilates practice, and became a Comprehensive certified Peak Pilates instructor. He is thrilled to share his love of dance and Pilates to anyone willing to listen and pass on all that has been given to him.
