Her classes are playful, well-thought out, challenging, and instructive. She gives great verbal feedback as to where your body should be in space with the poses which keeps me from forming bad habits in practice. I feel like I always walk out of class with new insight, whether it be physical or spiritual. In addition to taking classes with her, I attended her retreat in Nicaragua in 2017. It was a wonderful mix of yoga, meditation, amazing food, beautiful accommodations, tourism, laughter, new friends, surf, and monkeys! I can't recommend Collette enough! ” – Shayne
