Jan 11, 2026
BRING CLARITY AND CONNECTION INTO 2026
Join this welcoming New Year's workshop to reconnect with yourself and find new steadiness and meaning, especially in uncertain and uncomfortable moments. Yoga Instructor Collette OM and Cile Spelce, founder of Cile of Joy and the MidLight Rises experience, will guide you through creative and sensory exercises focused on both uncomfortable and positive emotions, group reflection, gentle restorative yoga, and sound healing to help your nervous system find balance. You'll move your thoughts and feelings out of your head, through your body, and onto the page, using color, shape, and words as your toolkit for self-discovery. Don't worry, it's not an art class!
This is your invitation to pause, let go of perfection, and simply show up as you are. Come kick off the New Year filled with presence, creativity, gentle reflection, and restoration.

About Cile
Cile Spelce founded Cile of Joy (pronounced seal!) to guide women in midlife into a more embodied, authentic way of being as they embrace the complexities, possibilities, and nuances of this season. Her signature MidLight Rises experience is an arts-inspired, immersive framework created for women ready to explore their "what now?" moments. With more than 35 years of shaping human stories, Cile has worked with leaders from the White House to the creative world, helping them communicate with clarity and vision. Her career spans Emmy-winning TV and film executive producing and a formative chapter as a broadcast journalist. The final years of that journey included co-anchoring the evening news in Austin with her father, Neal Spelce.
