Get started, learn more, and go deep with our Pilates special events! Our Pilates event calendar features one-day workshops and multi-week series that will take your Pilates practice to the next level. Workshops can focus on a particular Principle of Pilates, or dive deep into movements on the Pilates reformer, tower, chair, or mat. You do not need to be a member of Castle Hill Fitness in order to attend a workshop or series by our Pilates instructors, however, space is always limited and we recommend registering in advance.

FOR A STRONGER, MORE BALANCED YOU

Join Cassie for a 4-week Pilates series designed to improve your bone health and balance! You'll learn about common bone-related pathologies, and progressive exercises using the Pilates equipment and a variety of props to maintain or increase balance. Individualized balance assessments at the beginning and end of the series will let you measure your progress! You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to self-modify in Pilates group classes.  

This series is ideal for anyone:

at risk of or diagnosed with osteoporosis, osteopenia, osteo-arthritis returning to balance work after a lower leg injury looking to reduce fall risk wanting to build equal, overall strength
