Victor was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, but grew up in McAllen, TX. He attended the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley for a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a minor in French studies. He is also fluent in Spanish. Victor is passionate about swimming, and also loves to go jogging. In his spare time, he enjoys watching a good movie at home, playing video gaves, and exploring Austin's fine cuisine!
