Sonya Latinovic was born and raised in the metro Detroit area, and has lived in Chicago and Seattle before moving to Austin in October 2020. Her passion for fitness began with varsity cheerleading in high school and continued to evolve when the gym became her haven to work on herself after the passing of her mother at age 19. Sonya graduated from Baker College with an Associate's degree in Medical Assisting, and became a certified Personal Trainer in 2014, and a group fitness instructor in 2016. Sonya experienced the importance of properly fueling the body while training hard for her StrongFirst Level 1 Instructor test, and went on to also get her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification as a result.

Sonya has a wide variety of fitness experience under her belt - with group classes and personal training at boutique fitness studios, and managing, directing, and coaching at a corporate wellness company. Sonya is known for her energetic personality and passion for muscle health. She enjoys focusing on strength and conditioning with proper form. Sonya believes that aging is about getting stronger, not older! She helps clients fuel their bodies, build resilience, and stay strong for life.
