Bryan has been in the world of fitness for most of his life: first as a football player, later as a collegiate track & field scholarship recipient at Southwestern Louisiana University. For the last 30 years, Bryan has been training others, learning new specializations, and incorporating a wide range of techniques into focused, personalized sessions with clients. Bryan spent over a decade as a KrankCycle and Spinning Master Presenter and brings that expertise to his group Fitness classes at CHF 360. His approach to personal training includes a combination of comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and guided goal-setting to ensure his clients achieve success. Bryan training and teaching because it gives him the opportunity to help people better their quality of life (and work with inspiring individuals who help him grow as well!

Ready to get sweaty? These rides pack a punch! Dig deep, explore the limits, and get in the zone using your heart rate as a guide. Monitors are encouraged but not required. With a variety of teaching styles, there’s something for everyone!
Outdoor pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each outdoor class is limited to 9 people with plenty of room to work out. We are going to try our best to anticipate the weather. But, remember, this is Texas Y'all!

Inclement weather policy: classes will not meet if the rain chance is 70% and/or if the temperature is under 50 degrees. Any class cancelled due to weather will be refunded. You will be notified the night before.

Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Masks and temperature checks are required.
