We want our new members to feel right at home! There’s so much to do at Castle Hill Fitness, but it can be daunting to know where to start. We offer complimentary group orientations for all new Castle Hill Fitness members to help you get a lay of the land. New member orientations are led by one of our experienced personal trainers and give you the opportunity to meet your fellow gym mates and learn more about your new kingdom, including:
- Different areas of our facilities
- Equipment and how to safely and effectively utilize it
- Gym best practices
- Checking in, booking a service, and signing up for classes.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions so you can learn everything YOU need for a successful gym routine. Orientations will typically take 45-60 minutes.
New member orientations are open to all! Whether you’re a beginner just starting out on their fitness journey or a seasoned gym go-er who wants to get better acquainted with their new surroundings and community. Online booking for New Member Orientations starts 6 days in advance, and our complimentary to all new members.
