Our fitness event calendar is your source for highly-focused one-day workshops, multi-week series, and special events designed to take your fitness to a new level. Whether there is a specific area or training style you wish to learn more about, our highly trained fitness personal trainers have a small group program for you. Browse the upcoming events below to begin studying in-depth with your favorite teachers. You do not need to be a member of Castle Hill Fitness in order to attend. Advance registration is always recommended to secure your spot in an upcoming program.

Bryan Lepley will be demonstrating the upper body machine, the KRANKcycle®, in the lobby at Castle Hill Fitness 360. This training tool improves your core and upper body strength without a single crunch or bicep curl. Give your legs a break and still get a great cardio workout in just half an hour.

Small Groups offer personal attention at a great price! Drop in to any small group training class or purchase a package of four to receive a small discount. 

30-Minute Ongoing Small Group Rates:  Drop-in Single (member/non-member): $28, $33 Package of 4, 30-minute sessions (member/non-member): $80, $120

60-Minute Ongoing Small Group Rates:  Drop-in Single (member/non-member): $41, $46 Package of 4, 60-minute sessions (member/non-member): $120, $160

Limited to just 5-8 people per class. 

Online sign-ups for ongoing small groups opens 7 days in advance. You can cancel your spot up to 24 hours prior to group start time.
