Our fitness event calendar is your source for highly-focused one-day workshops, multi-week series, and special events designed to take your fitness to a new level. Whether there is a specific area or training style you wish to learn more about, our highly trained fitness personal trainers have a small group program for you. Browse the upcoming events below to begin studying in-depth with your favorite teachers. You do not need to be a member of Castle Hill Fitness in order to attend. Advance registration is always recommended to secure your spot in an upcoming program.

Get splashy with your workouts with Carpenter Hotel Mondays this Fall!  

Join us the first Monday of each month for fitness in the water with this fast-paced cardio class set to upbeat music in the heated pool at The Carpenter Hotel. Low-impact & easy on joints, but not for the faint at heart!
Recommended attire for a water class is a full-coverage one-piece swimsuit or bike shorts and a rash guard.

MEET JOSH
Josh Robinson is passionate about helping others get as excited about whole-body health as he is. He loves leading group fitness classes, specifically strength and cardio-based workouts that allow a wide demographic of people to join in. His goal is to always create an inviting and safe environment where everyone can grow and achieve their goals together!
