Whether you’re getting ready for a fitness class, a personal workout, or after a long day of sitting- this workshop is for you! The goal of this workshop is to give you the tools to properly activate and mobilize the most commonly underactive muscles. Expect to learn proper foam rolling technique and bodyweight movements to fire up your kinetic chain and increase athletic performance. Come prepared to oil those hips and shoulders!
All levels welcome. Designed for athletes and avid lifters.
