Chakra Savvy™ Yoga Practice: Monthly Class

with Jess Goulding
Sunday at 10:30am
Mar 26, Apr 16, 2023
LEARN ABOUT YOUR CHAKRA SYSTEM IN THIS MONTHLY CLASS
This yoga class will focus on each of the seven chakras with movement, sound, and meditation, taking you on a journey of self-awareness and discovery, and helping you bring yourself back into balance.
Your chakras are your energetic centers that run from the base of your spine to the top of your head and correspond with your nerve bundles and internal organs. When a chakra is blocked or out of balance, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to that chakra. This monthly class will provide you with a general understanding of your own chakra system through an active and immersive yoga practice, which will help increase your self-awareness and connection to your physical and energetic body, as well as provide you with an overall feeling of restored balance.
