Discover the Magic of Mindset with YOGA and the Inner Compass deck.
Consisting of 49 carefully and intuitively curated cards with an accompanying guide book, Inner Compass helps navigate your journey of self-discovery. Designed with intention to aid in personal growth and awakening, the cards open new life pathways and perceptions exploring alternative themes and patterns. Let your subconscious unravel the many layers of universal wisdom and symbolism within it’s depths and remember, all the world is yours.
Yoga practitioners already have a beautiful framework in place to incorporate Inner Compass. In combination, the two offer potent medicine of self-reflection and integration.

BALANCE ON AND OFF THE MAT!
Improve your movement and balance in everyday life using core activation and stabilization. In this thoughtful workshop, you will learn proper balancing warm-ups and techniques for staying confidently in single-legged postures. Erin will demonstrate which muscle groups apply to different planes of movement. Expect specific body awareness meditation and a vinyasa flow warm-up.

This Valentine's Day, join Anna for a partners workshop all about giving and receiving therapeutic touch!
Class will start with partner assisted yoga where you will both experience hands-on adjustments that make each posture more enjoyable followed by a step-by-step partner massage tutorial! You’ll not only learn ways to help one another feel good but you’ll also leave feeling more relaxed and connected.
Lovers, friends and even family duos are welcome in this all-levels healing touch workshop.

Our training is based on our heritage in Forrest Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, Yoga Therapy, and Alignment-based Vinyasa. We have curated what we love best of these practices and adapted it into our own unique style.

An evening of special nurturing and healing through breath and sound. Indulge in a guided meditation flowing in a sound bath with gong, crystal bowls, and chimes. Leave feeling lighter and more connected to yourself.
