Determine what your motivation is – what do you want to accomplish? Why do you want it? It helps to write this motivation down, and to look at it everyday as a reminder. Make your goal specific and realistic. The best place to record this motivation is a journal. Set your motivation, and then keep track and monitor your progress daily. This process helps to provide valuable insight about your journey by shedding light and providing a clear record of your patterns that will enable you to move forward in your goals.
