Castle Hill Fitness offers a multitude of formats in which to improve your health and fitness. In our small group, multi-week series, you will receive focused attention and experience progressive learning objectives. Our one day workshops provide an opportunity to dive deep into a particular topic or training type. This introduction to Pilates will cover the fundamental principles of movement. We will explore breathing, strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. You will have the opportunity to practice on each piece of equipment. Whether your goal is to join a class or gain a deeper understanding of your body, this class is designed to educate and inspire. You will leave feeling taller, stronger, and more knowledgeable of your body.

Since 2008 Lindsay has been designing programs to help her clients become the best mover they can be. In her sessions you can expect a challenging, empowering, and fun way to do Pilates. She has experience working with a variety of special populations including pre/post natal, injuries, and athletes. Expect to explore your movement potential through positive cues and focused feedback!
This class gives you a different body-transforming workout 3 mornings a week. That's right. Your Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings could be spent with Robert Reed doing lunges, strength training, kickboxing, and plyometrics. Find a new you. All levels, but no injuries please.

In this small group training series you will learn and use correct Kettlebell technique and biomechanics, reduce your risk of injury, and gain fast results both in strength and endurance. We limit the group size to allow individual attention for each participant. Join Hilary and Nicole this summer for an hour-long kids sports camp. Kids will meet 2x per week, 1 hour per day working on fun drills incorporating strength and conditioning. Expect to have fun, meet new friends, and be active during the school break. Parents can take a summer break too! Check out our class or spa schedule while your kids burn off some summer steam.
Open to kids entering K-5th grade. Dress in comfy, workout clothes and wear tennis shoes.

Expand your practice with this 4-week yoga series exploring the use of the Yoga Wall and how it can enhance your yoga postures with added stability and traction. Each week there will be a theme of practice accompanied by a peak pose -- all of which are done using the assistance of the yoga wall ropes.

The spirit of summer is one of emergence, purification and potency. Honor the changing of seasons and the longest day of the year by joining Morgan for this 2-hour Functional Medicine Yoga workshop.
We’ll begin by exploring the Ayurvedic principle of Ritucharya; learning how to adapt diet, lifestyle, and exercise routines to maintain a state of balance as we transition into warmer days and longer nights. We’ll follow with a seasonal yoga practice and a guided Summer Solstice meditation, accompanied by an enchanting sound bath.
