Castle Hill Fitness 360 now offers a weekly Zumba® class to end your Wednesday on a fun note! We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
Zumba® is a style of aerobic workout, but rather than focusing just on basic step-taps and kicks, it incorporates easy techniques borrowed from Latin dance styles, such as salsa, cumbia, reggaeton and merengue.
One of the most popular aspects of a Zumba is its energetic soundtrack, which blends Latin American hits with international pop songs. Many devotees also like that it incorporates toning moves like squats and lunges in addition to the dance steps. It is a fun way to workout even without noticing it. No previous experience is required – as long as you are just moving and having fun, that is enough!
Veera started her Fitness career in 2011 with Zumba. She is new to Austin and excited to be a trainer and an instructor at Castle Hill Fitness. Veera has been teaching Zumba all around the globe and gathered most of her songs from different parts of the world, especially from the Caribbean islands. Her steps are easy to follow, energetic, and a smile will never leave your face. Come join us for a fun hour of moving with flavor!
