"PachaMama" means Earth Mother in the native tongue of the Andes. PachaMama Yoga is a circle of mothers who practice yoga together.

Yoga for the sacred time of budding motherhood. Expectant moms, new moms and babies under 9 months all welcome. This class creates the space for each woman to move at her own pace, honoring the experiences of each trimester including the fourth trimester of mama-baby bonding. Class is all-levels and will include props for adjustments and modifications, restorative poses for release, longer holds for deep surrender, and gentle vinyasa slow flow.

Successfully defend yourself under the direction of Master Trainer Ben Himes in a women's only self defense series. In this 6 week series you will learn a self defense system rooted in the Brazilian martial art, Jiu Jitsu. Each class will cover skills to develop your awareness, reflexes, and confidence to teach you how to win against larger, heavier opponents. Practice among other women and learn how to neutralize common attacks like having your hair pulled to being pinned to the ground.
