At your next visit to the gym, you’ll find the friendly faces you know as well as a few changes. We understand that changes, even exciting ones, naturally raise questions for those affected. Every one of your questions is important to us, so we’ve compiled a few frequently asked questions here.

I loved my trainer at BBFit, will they still be around?
Yes! You can still count on seeing all the same friendly faces during your visits. All of the employees of BBFit are now part of the Castle Hill Fitness family.
Will my membership dues increase or my benefits change?
After October 1, you will gain the additional benefit of having access to our downtown location at no extra charge.
What will my billing statement look like?
Your membership dues charge will be listed under the name “Castle Hill Fitness 360”. If your credit card company questions the legitimacy of this charge, please ensure to them it is legitimate to avoid any disruption to your account.
Do I access my account online the same way?
For now, yes. However, we are in the process of transitioning all member accounts to a new gym management software. We are hoping to complete this by October 1 and will keep you posted!
Are there going to be changes to the classes?
Not immediately. Our class schedule has two, 6-month cycles a year. The current schedule will continue until the end of the year, and we are looking to expand classes at that time. Keep a lookout for a Class Program Survey – we want to know what you want to see!
Are the hours of operation at 360 going to be extended to match Downtown?
Not immediately, but if we find that clients request longer hours once they start sharing locations, we are certainly open to extending them.
What else is changing?
You can expect some fresh new paint, signage, and flooring as we move through this transformation. So please pardon our dust!
