Meet AnnaAnna is a Senior Prajna Yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga to the Castle Hill community since 2012. Her classes combine alignment-based asanas with her love of mindfulness to encourage students to become more grounded and aware of the inner workings of their bodies.

About JennyOJennyO began her teaching career in 2006 and is passionate about sharing yoga with a diverse population. In this workshop, Sara will teach you how to roll out your muscles and fascia using highly-effective massage techniques. About RachaelRachael specializes in neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue sports massage, and myofascial and trigger point therapy. In order to understand the process of injury more clearly and how to educate the client about how to help themselves, Rachael earned her Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2007. She is a self-proclaimed education junky who enjoys painting, exercising, and spending time with family.
