Kettlebell Series

Build lean muscle and improve your cardio health while effectively working your entire body! In this small group training series you will learn and use correct Kettlebell technique and biomechanics, reduce your risk of injury, and gain fast results both in strength and endurance. In this workshop, Sara will teach you how to roll out your muscles and fascia using highly-effective massage techniques. About Rachael Rachael specializes in neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue sports massage, and myofascial and trigger point therapy. In order to understand the process of injury more clearly and how to educate the client about how to help themselves, Rachael earned her Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2007.
