Live Music Slow Flow and Sound Bath

In this 90-minute musical event, Kelly will guide you through a nourishing yoga flow and yin practice to the music of the ethereal hand pan played by Donni Jarvis. The class will end with a crystal bowl sound bath to relax the nervous system and drop you deeper into being.

About Kelly and Donni:
Donni Jarvis is a musician and percussionist with over 15 years of musical experience. He loves to team up with his partner, Kelly, and provide music and ambiance for yoga and meditation classes. Kelly Bach is a yoga teacher with over 10 years of education experience. She is passionate about creating containers where people can drop into mindful awareness and relax their nervous systems.
