Castle Hill Fitness is more than just a gym. We strive to foster a community that celebrates a person's individual journey towards a higher quality of life. As much as the individual,  the health of our overall community has always been a priority for us - and we mean more than just our fitness family. We're talking everyone.

Each month, varying classes on the Castle Hill Fitness virtual and in-person schedule are made into donation-based classes to support a rotating chosen charity. Enjoy your favorite workouts while tending to your health AND an organization working to make a better world. Win-win! 


All of the proceeds from our January classes will go towards the Friends of Austin Animal Center. Friends of ACC supports pets inside the Austin Animal Center and its surrounded area - the nation's largest no-kill community. FAAC works to enhance the lives of Austin's shelter pets and remove barriers to adoption. Their mission is to help shelter pets find new families, keep pets in homes, and provide enrichment and care for pets (and humans!) in the shelters.

Meet Collette Collette is a 500hr E-RYT who has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for the last 10 years. She is well-versed in a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, YogaTone and has led 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings all over the US. Collette's sequences are intelligently built to be safe for all bodies yet challenging enough to leave with new insight and a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit.

The New Moon is the first phase of the Lunar cycle and known for new beginnings. When the Moon is completely dark in the sky and there is no light, it is the ultimate time to look to your inner light for answers. This is a great time to set intentions and plant seeds for the future. What are you ready to invite into your life?

This special class uses guided meditation, yoga, and sound healing to release what no longer serves us while manifesting abundance into your life. Audra will lead you through a guided meditation, followed by a gentle flow and Sound Bath with Quartz crystal bowls. Playing of the bowls produces deep vibrations that soothe your nervous system while balancing your energy centers and restoring your body’s natural rhythms.

We recommend bringing a journal, extra blanket, and pillow (for additional comfort during the sound portion).

Recent surveys report that 80% of the population seeks medical help for their back pain at some point in their life and back pain is the 2nd leading reason for visits to the physician.

A holistic yoga practice is the best way to have a healthy back. We will accomplish this through posture and movement (asana), conscious breathing dynamics (pranayama), core strength (bandha-s), balanced stability (sthira), mobility and flexibility (sukham), mental focus (dharana), reduced stress through meditation (dhyanam) and visualization (bhavanam).

No prior yoga experience is required to participate. Everyone is welcome and everyone can benefit.
