Join us this Fall for free workouts at Waterloo Greenway. The Weekly Workouts at Waterloo Fall Series presented by Castle Hill Fitness features three movement sessions a week: Mondays 6:30pm, Wednesdays 6:30pm, and Sundays 10am. Sessions are held at the Moody Amphitheater lawn and are free to the community. Bring your friends and a mat!

Yoga + Sound Mondays 6:30-7:30pm Set some feel-good vibes for the week with mindful movement accompanied by sound therapy. Each week features a different style of yoga and live music. Workout Wednesday Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm Keep crushing your hump day with an energetic fitness-based workout. Each class mixes cardio and strength moves to get you sweaty and feeling accomplished! Sunday Moves Sundays 10-11am Everyone loves Sunday Funday! Join us for an eclectic mix of movement - from dance to recess-type games, Sunday Moves is all about having fun – great for families. There will be a different type of class each week.

Castle Hill Fitness 360 events offer various formats in which to improve your health and fitness. In our small group, multi-week series, you will receive focused attention and experience progressive learning objectives. Our one-day workshops provide an opportunity to dive deep into a particular topic or training type. The Breast Cancer Resource Center is a local non-profit celebrating 25 years offering free-of-charge navigation services to those newly diagnosed, in treatment, after treatment, or currently living with breast cancer. BCRC Navigators are trained in local and national resources and will work with you directly to provide practical guidance and help replace fear, anxiety, and doubt with information, options, and hope. Meet Kim Schaefer Kim is a somatic psychotherapist, experienced yoga teacher, and longtime meditator. Her clear and encouraging teaching style make yoga and meditation accessible to anyone seeking to know more about the practice and about themselves.
IS IT TIME TO DITCH CRUNCHES?
Your "core" is a system of interconnected muscles that contribute to hundreds of bodily movements a day. A strong core is critical for good posture, delivering power during workouts, and can prevent injuries to the limbs and back.
In this workshop, Physical Therapist Dr. Mark Uridel will give you an in-depth exploration of the core musculature. Participants will leave with practical exercises that will improve the function and activation of the core.
