Roll and Release

Fascia is a large organ of fibrous tissue that covers the entire body. Utilizing the Pilates machines, stretches, and self-massage techniques, Celeste will teach you a routine that will help you discover and work toward releasing the stuck spots in your body's fascia. When the fascia is released it allows the body to feel more awake and enlivened, leading to improved performance in all your fitness endeavors!

As a part of celebrating World Qigong & Tai Chi Day on April 25, Jeff Bowman will be presenting 'Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind' by Shunryu Suzuki, for discussion at our April CHF Book Club Meeting. 

Published 40 years ago, 'Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind' has become one of the great modern Zen classics. A book highly recommended to first time readers on Zen philosophy, as well as studied thoroughly. We are looking forward to hearing from all of you in this lively book discussion. 

Bring a friend, everyone is welcome! While reading the book is encouraged, it's not necessary. Let's come together and learn.

30-Minute Ongoing Small Group Rates:  Drop-in Single (member/non-member): $28, $33 Package of 4, 30-minute sessions (member/non-member): $80, $120

60-Minute Ongoing Small Group Rates:  Drop-in Single (member/non-member): $41, $46 Package of 4, 60-minute sessions (member/non-member): $120, $160

Limited to just 5-8 people per class. 

Online sign-ups for ongoing small groups opens 7 days in advance. You can cancel your spot up to 24 hours prior to group start time.
