Supporting Castle's Community

Castle Hill Fitness is more than just a gym. We strive to foster a community that celebrates a person's individual journey towards a higher quality of life. As much as the individual,  the health of our overall community has always been a priority for us - and we mean more than just our fitness family. We're talking everyone.

Each month, varying classes on the Castle Hill Fitness virtual and in-person schedule will be made into donation-based classes to support a rotating chosen charity. Enjoy your favorite workouts while tending to your health AND an organization working to make a better world. Win-win!

Settling in Unsettled Times: Yoga Nidra Series

Settling in Unsettled Times: Yoga Nidra Series

with Kim Schaefer
Wednesdays at 6pm
GIVE YOURSELF THE GIFT OF RELEASE & RENEWAL

We are living in a time of collective uncertainty and ongoing stress. The key to settling in unsettled times lies in releasing tension and nourishing yourself with deep restoration.

iRest Yoga Nidra meditation is the compass pointing you toward this felt sense of serenity and comfort that can easily be veiled. The "nidra" of Yoga Nidra means sleep or changing states of consciousness. It refers to your capacity to abide knowingly as an unchanging and wakeful presence in the midst of the changing circumstances of life.

This six-week in-person & virtual series offers you the opportunity to recover with expressive movement to shake away the stress of the day, journaling prompts to support release, and guided meditation to leave you feeling grounded and restored.

"When practiced regularly - little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and well-being, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation." - iRest Institute
