health and function. In this fast moving 30 minute series, Erin will
work your core from shoulders to hips using your body weight, the
Bosu, small weights, Dynamax balls, and more. No two classes will be
the same, but all of it will be "core-ture"! Join us to challenge,
strengthen, and sculpt your core.
