RŌ FITNESS CLASSES AT CASTLE HILL FITNESS

Two local Austin businesses unite! We've partnered up with RŌ Fitness to bring you several weekly classes, right here at Castle Hill Fitness. Join the RŌ coaches for signature-style classes that'll utilize the rowing machines for a low-impact, strength and cardio workout.  

No prior experience necessary - jump on in and let's RŌ!

Separate program pricing - classes are not included with regular Castle Hill Fitness class passes, though members do get a discount. 

4 slots available per class, taking place in the Multisport room. Class registration opens 6 days in advance, and closes one hour prior to start time. RSVP in advance!

Meet the Rō Team!

Ro Fitness Coach and Founder, Chelsea Moore Chelsea Moore - Founder, Instructor 
Chelsea has been rowing since 2005 and coaching since 2009. She has rowed on the University of Oklahoma's inaugural varsity team, was a two-time Collegiate Rowing Choaches Association (CRCA) National Scholar-Athlete, and CRCA All-Region. Her training and coaching experiences inspired her to start Rō Fitness in 2014!
Ro Fitness Coach Cara Rizzo Cara Rizzo - Instructor
Cara loves the balance of strength, cardio, and technical skill rowing requires! She played a wide variety of sports growing up across the US, notably as a state-qualified swimmer and competitive equestrian. A confident leader, she's excited to break down the complexities of rowing to newbies and vets alike and help them achieve their recreational, competitive, or fitness goals. 
Ro Fitness Coach Connor Dent

Connor Dent - Instructor 
Connor is trained as a licensed massage therapist, and brings his understanding of the human body and its functionality to his classes. He began his journey on the rowing machine in 2007, and was a competitive rower for McLean High School and a gold medalist at the Mid-Atlantic Erg Sprints. 

Ro Fitness Coach Laura Griffith

Laura Griffith - Instructor 
Laura started rowing in 2001 throughout high school, and continued to row on the varsity team with Eastern Michigan University. Throughout college, she taught the men's high school rowing program for the Wyandotte Boat Club, as well as her old high school team. Her favorite thing about rowing is being a part of an amazing crew of people who come together to work hard to accomplish the same goal.
