Whether your desire is to build muscle or blast fat, Jessica has programmed an easy to follow 30-day training plan for you. Each plan comes with a workout guide, printable tracking log, and exercise reference library with a specific goal in mind: Beginner Strength, Build Muscle, Cardio Blast, or Burn Fat.
