WITH Kim Schaefer 2 to 3:15pm SaturdaysThis 6 week Beginner Series focuses on developing a foundational understanding of yoga postures and will provide a basic explanation of the holistic and healthful reasoning behind the practice of yoga. In this series of classes, students will learn to move with the breath to increase flexibility & strength. Emphasis on safe alignment will assist students in maximizing the physical benefits of each yoga posture.
This series is perfect for the raw beginner and those who are interested in revisiting yoga basics. There is no yoga experience necessary and the series is suitable for those who have minor injuries.
