If you are bored with your workouts and interested in bridging the gap between strength training and cardio - let us introduce you to the Kettlebell. Each class in this 4-week course will cover a dynamic warm-up and kettlebell movements that will get progressively more challenging each week. Increase strength, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance while reducing your training time with this versatile training tool!
