Asana Lab: Neck & Shoulder Rescue

Most of our daily activities require our arms and shoulders to be forward and tend to put our spine in an unsupported forward bend. In this round of Asana Lab you will work to lengthen the side body, strengthen the back body, and stretch the front body in order to ease the rigidity of the spine. You will also learn little things to do daily to keep your neck and shoulders feeling awesome. Yoga to the rescue!
