Weekend 1: Deep Dive: Uncover your Truth Developing and Teaching Sankalpa

In this first weekend immersion you will activate Sankalpa Shakti in your personal and professional life both on the mat and off. Learn the foundation skills to help guide others with this incredible ancient, spiritual technology for authentic living. We are all called to something bigger than ourselves. Weekend 2: Deep Dive: Yoga and Feminism Vinyasa Krama- Creative Asana on and off the Mat

Individual and collective group exploration of the role of women in today's modern world. Courageous conversations about feminism and what it means to us as mindful, pro-active yoginis. An important step in getting UNSTUCK, freeing your SANKALPA, and unfolding consciously - allowing you to emerge as a TRUE LEADER in your life and community. *Goddess Kali.

Weekend 3: Deep Dive: Call to Action Teaching Methodology, Philosophy, Lifestyle, Ethics, Wellness and Life Coaching

Mar 24 - 26

The third weekend immersion examines personal responsibility, ethics and, integrity - including the challenges we face with social media pressures, image management, and marketing. Our training culminates here putting everything into play so that you have the tools and confidence to act on your life's mission statement. *Goddess Durga

Friday 5-6:30pm, Saturday 9-12,1-3pm, Sunday 9-12,1-3pm

Total Program Cost:
$1000 prepaid paid in full. 10% early bird discount if sign up before Jan 1st
$1250 payment plan with $250 non-refundable deposit and 3 payments paid in full by March 25, 2016

Includes printed course curriculum. Each weekend intensive leads into the next and cannot be done individually. Students are responsible for 100% participation and commitment, a virtual skype final project, a written final project, and peer evaluation.
