A Self-Massage Workshop

In this workshop, Tracey will teach you how to roll out your muscles and fascia using highly-effective massage techniques. We will use special rubber Yoga Tune Up ® balls to roll away the kinks, complaints and trigger points in your grumpy areas such as the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips IT Band and feet. Combining guided ad artful self-massage with meditation and breath work, you will roll away feeling unwound, unbound and completely relaxed. Ball rolling is a perfect complement to your fitness and yoga practice, so make your self-care a priority and get those muscles rolling!

Meet Tracey Silverman
Tracey is a certified Forrest Yoga teacher and recently completed the Yoga Tune Up ® training and has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She brings positive, inspiring energy to every class and uses a caring, compassionate touch through hands-on assists to maximize your experience of each pose. In her classes you can expect a fun and playful atmosphere while challenging yourself to explore the physical the physical and emotional landscape of your body.
