Every aspiring athlete and health enthusiast understands that rest days and recovery are just as vital as the time spent training or working out. Our bodies require the opportunity to heal and repair after workouts.

Join Summer for a deep dive into powerful practices to make your rest days more efficient for restoration and healing. Summer will incorporate techniques from various therapeutic modalities she has been practicing for over 25 years.

In this workshop, you'll explore

- "Spinal Flossing"- a therapeutic somatic practice for restoring hydration in the intervertebral disks of the spine.
- Restorative Yoga practices
- Simple Self Massage Techniques from Shiatsu
- Gentle Stretches, Deep breathing, Somatic movements, and Relaxation

About Summer
Summer Greenlees is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with 25 years of experience. She completed a 2-year yoga internship in 1997 and obtained her massage therapist license in 1998. Her combined experience in yoga and massage enhances and deepens her holistic approach as an instructor.
