Summer Greenlees began teaching yoga in 1997, here in Austin, TX. Hatha Yoga Instruction has always been her favorite healing modality as a Wellness Professional. After learning to teach Yoga, she became a Massage Therapist and through continued study of anatomy and certifications in various healing modalities, she has learned much about healing, holistic health & wellness, movement, breathwork, meditation. She has studied, trained, and been certified in:

Every single one of the healing modalities she has studied and become certified in has always pointed directly back to the healing and integrative power of the practice of Hatha Yoga for optimal wellness. It has helped her understand more deeply what an effective and potent resource the ancient tradition of yoga has to offer our modern needs. Summer's Yoga instruction is informed by the 25 years of collective experience of working with many people of various ages, walks of life, and fitness levels as a full-time yoga instructor, massage therapist, and 12 years attending births as a Doula.
 
Summer will customize your private class to meet the wellness needs and goals of the individual. She loves to teach various aspects of yoga, including:

She also specializes in a yoga series based on movement repatterning and yoga fundamentals, which can be the perfect way to begin, re-start, transform, and deepen your yoga and movement practices.
 
Summer loves to support her Yoga students with movement repatterning for healthy breath and movement within Hatha yoga practice. This provides an experience of stability and ease in movement, lessening and eliminating patterns of movement that cause strain, stress, tension, and injury in the body over time, and cultivating a balance of strength, flexibility, and mobility.
 
When working with Summer, you can expect to deepen your self-understanding, refine your skillfulness in movement, and discover how to customize your yoga practice based on your individual needs and wellness goals, from a somatic and interoceptive approach.

Yoga Wall is a therapeutic practice that uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These props support you to stay in postures for longer and provide a more restorative practice.

Our in-person classes allow us to sweat alongside others in a safe, physical distant way. With class capacity set at 50%, you’ll have plenty of space to move. Pick your spot when you arrive. Each studio has multiple HEPA air purifiers.

Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time.
