Learn the Ropes Workshop

Jumping rope is an amazing low-impact, conditioning workout that boosts bone density, improves cardiovascular health, increases agility, and burns tons of calories. And more importantly - it’s fun!

This one-hour workshop will teach you the basic skills of jump rope. We will learn 4 different jumps, have plenty of time to practice them, and then incorporate those jumps into a 15-minute workout at the end of class.
