Go above and beyond your regular asana practice with this special class series with Mandy Eubanks. Each Saturday is a different themed topic. Sign up for one $35, or sign up for all $120. This series is suitable for those who have studied an alignment based yoga method for 2 years or more. Must have a regular inversion, backbend, and seated forward bend practice and able hold poses in good alignment for a minute or more. Come willing to work and play skillfully.

In this 90 minute workshop, Mandie will take you through the studio and give you the keys to make Pilates a part of your fitness toolbox. Neuromuscular Therapy Workshop

Kettlebell Flow Conditioning Series

Get Upside Down the Right Way!

Come learn how to get upside down the right way with certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, Anne-Marie Schultz. In this all levels workshop, we will explore the four basic inversions: headstand, shoulderstand, handstand, and elbow balance. We will work through a sequence in depth that is designed to help you establish a home inversion practice or improve your technique in regular classes. The sequence includes poses that help you develop the strength, balance, and confidence needed to do inversions safely! Previous inversion experience not necessary.
