In this Immersion you will learn and practice the Universal Principles of Alignment, the fundamentals of pranayama and meditation,
study yogic texts and explore the life-affirming philosophy of Anusara Yoga®. Each day includes a transformative asana, pranayama
and meditation practice, lecture and group discussion. This program is appropriate for yogis who are interested in learning and
deepening their practice. Completion of an Immersion is a pre-requisite that prepares students for the Anusara Yoga teacher training.

You'll leave this 'bro-yoga' practice feeling more flexible in your mind and body so that you are encouraged to practice yoga more and more. All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Yoga Illumined - 200hr Teacher Training

In this Yoga Illumination Series, Sumukhi (Kristina Lanuza) and Zoe Mantarakis will guide you into a deeper understanding of Yoga and its practices that enlighten and free the mind and the heart. You will learn the 8-limb system (Ashtanga) as taught by Patanjali – which includes guidelines for strengthening the physical body (Asana/Hatha Yoga) and Meditation to help you embody the most expanded state of enlightenment (Samadhi). You will also learn how to speak from your true Voice in every aspect of your life and as a Yoga Teacher.
