Our yoga event calendar offers one-day workshops, multi-week series, special events, and trainings designed to take your practice to a new level. Browse the upcoming events below to begin studying in-depth with your favorite teachers. You do not need to be a member of Castle Hill Fitness in order to attend. Advance registration is always recommended to secure your spot in an upcoming program.
Saturdays at 2pm
Expand your practice with this 4-week yoga series exploring the use of the Yoga Wall and how it can enhance your yoga postures with added stability and traction. Each week there will be a theme of practice accompanied by a peak pose -- all of which are done using the assistance of the yoga wall ropes.

Living Seasonally with Functional Medicine Yoga
The spirit of summer is one of emergence, purification and potency. Honor the changing of seasons and the longest day of the year by joining Morgan for this 2-hour Functional Medicine Yoga workshop.
We’ll begin by exploring the Ayurvedic principle of Ritucharya; learning how to adapt diet, lifestyle, and exercise routines to maintain a state of balance as we transition into warmer days and longer nights. We’ll follow with a seasonal yoga practice and a guided Summer Solstice meditation, accompanied by an enchanting sound bath.
Part discussion and part practice; all levels are welcome.

Morgan is a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach and E-RYT Yoga Teacher.
