Indoor Cycling: With cool colors, lighting, and equipment, our Cycling Studio is a cut above any else in town. Our 20 State-of-the-Art Freemotion S11.9 spin bikes welcome you to the ultimate cycling experience. With sophisticated features designed for our members, the S11.9 bike delivers comfort, convenience and performance in every workout and features an innovative geometry to accommodate riders from 5' to over 6'9". The S11.9 is compatible with a Power console that measure watts, speed, heart rate, cadence and more to keep you motivated throughout class. Our team of cycling instructors will guide and motivate you through a fun and challenging workout. All of our instructors are cyclists and triathletes who love riding bikes and teaching you how to improve your performance and endurance.

Outdoor Cycling: Improve your performance and fitness on the bike with one of our coaches. We work with athletes of all levels specializing in those new to the sport of cycling or triathlon. Learn the tips and tricks to keep you at the front of the pack with a personalized coaching plan. Like a Sherpa, our outdoor coaching uses the experience of the staff to guide you safely and keep your progression moving upwards. Ask about our Foundations of Cycling Program if you are just starting out.

Pro Bike Fit: Get a professional bike fit by one of the leading fitters in the USA. Jerry Gerlich has been fitting people for years and has been recommended by such bike fit gurus as Steve Hogg.

Bike shop: We specialize in Italian road bikes, Pinarello, built to order with high quality components. Unlike most bikes sold these day, that come pre-assembled in a box directly from the manufacturer with component selections that maximizes their profit, we like to order frames and component groups that best reflect the riding style, personality and physiological characteristics of our customers.
